SnO2掺杂SBNS陶瓷的微结构与介电性能

摘    要:采用传统固相烧结法,以化学纯BaCO3,SrCO3,Nb2O5和SnO2粉末为原料,制备0.7BaO·0.3SrO·ySnO2·(1- y/2)Nb2O5(y=0.01~0.07,缩写为SBNS)陶瓷。利用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和阻抗分析仪研究掺杂SnO2对SBNS陶瓷的显微结构和介电性能的影响。结果表明:在1 320 ℃烧结可获得致密SBNS陶瓷;SnO2掺杂对SBNS陶瓷相结构无影响,晶相仍为单一的四方钨青铜固熔体结构;随着SnO2掺杂量的增加,SBNS陶瓷的介电常数减小,居里温度向低温区移动;SBNS陶瓷具有弥散相变的特性,是典型的介电弛豫体。

Abstract: 0.7BaO-0.3SrO-ySnO2-(1-y/2)Nb2O5 (abbreviated as SBNS) ceramics were prepared from BaCO3, SrCO3, SnO2 and Nb2O5 powders by traditional solid-state sintering method. The effects of tin concentration on the microstructure and dielectric properties of SBNS ceramics were investigated by X-ray diffractometry, scanning electric microscopy and dielectric property measurements. The results show that the dense and single phase tetragonal tungsten bronze (TTB) SBNS ceramics can be obtained when sintered at 1 320 ℃. The dielectric constant of SBNS ceramics decrease and the Curie temperature shifts to lower temperature with increasing tin dioxide content. A typical relaxation behavior is observed, and all samples exhibit broad diffuse phase transition.
