真菌脱除煤炭中硫的实验研究

摘    要:通过摇瓶浸出实验,研究了pH值、温度、煤浆浓度和煤粒粒度等因素对真菌脱除煤炭中硫的影响,并对上述因素进行正交试验。研究结果表明,在煤炭脱硫过程中pH值、温度、煤浆浓度、煤粒粒度对真菌脱硫效率有显著影响;得出真菌脱硫的适宜条件是: pH值为6,温度为45℃,煤浆浓度为15%,煤粒度为160μm。在上述适宜条件下,真菌脱硫在2 d内最高可脱除煤中44.96%全硫和54.87%的无机硫,且随着时间的延长,降解效果提高,脱硫率稳定。

Abstract: By orthogonal experiment, the main influencing factors desulfurization byFungi, such as pH value, temperature, concentration of coal slurry and coal size were studied in detail. The experimental results demonstrate thatFungican effectively remove inorganic and organic sulfur in coal. The optimum conditions of desulfurization are obtained as follows: pH value 6, temperature 45℃, concentration of coal slurry 15% and coal size 160μm. The superlatively desulfurization rate is 44.96% total sulfur and 54.87% inorganic sulfur in two days under the above optimum condition, and the effect of desulfurization increases along with time.
