掺La2O3钼丝的显微组织与强韧化

摘 要:以粉末冶金及金属压力加工方法制备了掺La2O3钼丝和纯钼丝,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射、电子拉伸机、扫描电镜及能谱分析等手段,对上述2种坯料及其不同温度退火后的丝材作了研究,结果表明,掺La2O3改善了坯料的组织性能;掺La2O3钼丝中的第二相主要是La2O3粒子,它能显著改善钼丝的强韧性能。
Abstract: Wires of molybdenum doped with lanthanum oxide(LM)have been prepared usingpowder metallurgy and metal working methods.The microstructures and properties are in-vestigated by using X-ray diffraction method, optical microscope,SEM,multifunctionalelectronic terision tester and are compared with those of pure molybdenum wire(PM).It isshown that La2O3 can improve properties of molybdenum wire remarkably.The final structure obtained consists of an interlocked microstructure with large aspect ratio.
