大型煤气柜高精度变形测量

摘 要:结合工程实例,合理确定了大型煤气柜 变形观测的观测精度,进行了变形观测的方案设计.为减少对中误差影响,提出采用多次对中进行精密微型控制网的测角量边,发展了一种用于高大立柱高精度变形 观测的小角前方交会方法,利用立柱中心坐标拟合柜体几何中心与半径.此外,还给出了基础沉降观测和顶架挠度观测的观测方法.结果表明变形观测达到了很高的 精度要求,即立柱中心点点位中误差不大于±3mm,基础沉降观测高程中误差不大于±0.5mm,桁架挠度观测高程中误差不大于±2mm,变形观测结果为设 计施工部门制定大修方案和改进气柜设计提供了可靠依据.
Abstract: Combined with a project example,the observation accuracy of large-size gasholder deformation is determined, and deformation observation scheme is designed. In order to reduce the effect of centering error to measurement of micro precise control net, a method of angular measurement and linear measurement with many centerings is put forward. A small angular forward intersection used for precise deformation observation of talm vertical pillar is developed. Besides, the coordinate pillar center is used to fit the geometric center and radius of gasholder, and the observation method of base settlement and truss deflection is also proposed. The results show that the deformation observation accuracy of gashoder is very high: the mean square error of pillar center is smaller than ±3 mm, the mean square error of heiget of base settlement observation is smaller than ±0.5 mm and the mean square error of heiget of truss deflection observation is smaller than ±2 mm. The results of gasholder deformation observation provide reliable basis for working out the repairing scheme and improving design of gasholder.
