X70低硫管线钢的深脱硫、控氮及夹杂物控制工艺分析

摘    要：分析了X70低硫管线钢的深脱硫、控氮及夹杂物控制之间的关系。指出了强化脱硫需具备的条件及控制方法对控氮与夹杂物控制的影响;指出了以CaO-SiO₂-Al₂O₃系为脱硫渣系时的较理想的渣系组成与渣量控制;指出精炼过程中底吹氩气流量对脱硫、控氮及夹杂物的影响,并重点分析了强化脱硫期的底吹流量与脱硫时间控制;从洁净钢的角度指出低硫管线钢夹杂物的来源与控制方法;指出低硫管线钢钙质处理的目的、要求及实施效果;此外还从侧面指出采用铁水预处理+精炼双联工艺对冶炼低硫管线钢的必要性。

Abstract: The relationship between deep desulfurization,controlling nitrogen and controlling inclusions of X70 pipeline steel were analyzed.It was pointed out that the needed qualifications and the controlling methods of strengthen desulfurization influence controlling nitrogen and inclusions,the better slag composition and slag volume control in CaO-SiO₂-Al₂O₃ slag system which was as the desulfurization slag system and the flow rate of bottom blowing in the process refining influence desulfurization,controlling nitrogen and inclusions.And it focused on the flow of the bottom blowing and the desulfurization time at the enhanced desulfurization.From the perspective of clean steel,it was pointed that the source of the inclusions and the controlling methods and the calcium handling purposes,requirements and the effects of the low-sulfur pipeline steel.In addition,it was pointed the necessity of using the technology of hot iron pretreatment and double refining while smelting low-sulfur pipeline steel.
