石结构滑移隔震缝力学性能试验研究

摘    要:针对石砌民宅存在严重抗震安全隐患的问题,提出一种适用于条石砌筑石结构墙底滑移隔震技术方案,开展8个隔震缝滑移界面双剪试件的低周反复加载试验。隔震缝采用钢板-料石和双层钢板2种界面形式,分别研究钢板-料石界面试件的竖向压应力和钢板尺寸以及双层钢板界面的竖向压应力和界面润滑状态对界面力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:钢板-料石界面静摩擦因数为0.28~0.46,平均动摩擦因数为0.55~0.73,摩擦因数偏大且摩擦性能不稳定,不适用于石结构滑移隔震缝。在双层钢板摩擦界面间涂抹二硫化钼润滑剂可有效降低界面摩擦因数,提升其摩擦性能的稳定性。双层钢板未润滑、半润滑和全润滑界面的静摩擦因数分别为0.22,0.17和0.12,平均动摩擦因数分别为0.30,0.20和0.17,加载过程中动摩擦因数的增量分别为0.17,0.08和0.02。双层钢板全润滑界面摩擦性能及耗能性能稳定,其静摩擦因数为0.12,平均动摩擦因数为0.17,适用于石结构滑移隔震缝。

Abstract: In view of the serious security risk of stone house during earthquake, a sliding isolation technology scheme for ashlar stone masonry structures was proposed. Cyclic load tests were carried out on eight triplet specimens with isolation joints. The isolation joints adopted two kinds of interface forms, i.e., steel plate-stone and double layer steel plate interfaces. The influences of level of vertical compressive stress and size of steel plate on the mechanical properties of steel plate-stone interfaces and level of vertical compressive stress and lubricated state on the mechanical properties of double layer steel plate interfaces were studied. The results show that the static friction coefficients of the steel plate-stone interfaces are between 0.28 and 0.46, and the average sliding friction coefficient is between 0.55 and 0.73. The friction coefficients of the interfaces are large, and the friction performance are unstable. It is not suitable for stone structure isolation joint. By smearing the molybdenum disulfide grease in the double-layer steel plate interface, the friction coefficient of the interfaces can be efficiently decreased, and the friction performance of the interfaces can be improved. The static friction coefficients of the unlubricated, semi-lubricated and fully lubricated double-layer steel plates interfaces are 0.22, 0.17 and 0.12, the average sliding friction coefficients are 0.30, 0.20 and 0.17, and the increments of the sliding friction coefficient during loading procedure are 0.17, 0.08 and 0.02, respectively. The friction performance of fully lubricated double-layer steel plate interface is good. The static and average friction coefficients of the interface are about 0.12 and 0.17, respectively. It is suitable for stone structure isolation joint.
