非线性多因素作用高速轴承转子系统动力学模型

摘    要:为了建立符合工程实际的高转速轴承转子系统动力学模型,综合考虑油膜时变刚度和油膜时变阻尼、钢球与滚道时变接触刚度、时变接触角和时变接触力等非线性因素,建立油膜时变刚度和油膜时变阻尼模型,确定轴承时变刚度和时变阻尼计算方法;基于服役状态,计算轴承转子系统时变位移和摩擦力矩,结合JONES的高速球轴承动力学模型建立非线性多因素耦合的高转速轴承转子系统动力学模型,证明本文高转速轴承转子系统非线性动力学模型有效性和可靠性。研究结果表明:本文轴承时变刚度和时变阻尼计算模型有效、可靠;润滑油膜和摩擦力矩是高转速轴承转子系统非线性动力学研究不可忽视的影响因素。

Abstract: To establish a dynamics model of high-speed bearing rotor system, nonlinear factors such as time-varying stiffness and time-varying damping of oil film, time-varying contact stiffness, time-varying contact angle and time-varying contact force between steel ball and raceway were considered comprehensively according to the engineering practice. Time-varying stiffness and time-varying damping models of oil film were developed, and the calculation method of time-varying stiffness and time-varying damping for the high-speed bearings was determined. Under the service conditions, time-varying displacement and friction torque of the bearing rotor system were calculated. Then, combining with JONES'''' high speed bearing dynamic model, the dynamic model of nonlinear multi-factor high speed bearing rotor system was established. The nonlinear multi-factor dynamic model was proved to be reliable. The results show that the calculation model of the bearing time-varying stiffness and time-varying damping is effective and reliable. Lubricating oil film and friction moment are also inevitable for the nonlinear dynamics study of high-speed bearing rotor system.
