摘    要:针对空调环境中5种主要的湿关联污染物进行实测,获得某三甲医院在实际使用中的尘螨、细菌、真菌、甲醛、氡现场参数。建立5种污染物浓度随室内温湿度变化及其对人体健康影响的灰色系统;运用云模型,将污染物浓度与健康影响的定性关系转化为定量关系,并结合灰关联分析法,获得5种湿关联污染物对人体间接健康影响的权重系数;通过计算综合关联度,推荐对人体健康有利的最优温度区间为25.0~27.0 ℃,最优相对湿度区间为65.0%~70.0%,为医院建筑夏季空调设计的健康舒适参数和运行控制参数设定提供参考。

Abstract: In order to study the impact of the contaminants on human health, filed data of five major humidity-related contaminants including dust mite, bacteria, fungi, formaldehyde and radon were obtained in an air-conditioned hospital building during summer, and indoor air temperature and humidity were measured simultaneously. Cloud model was applied to realize the conversion of qualitative into quantitative relationship between the pollutants concentration and health. The weight coefficients of the contaminants impacts and the comprehensive correlative grades in typical humidity intervals were gotten by gray correlative analysis based on cloud model. The results show that the range of indoor air temperature and relative humidity should be kept in 25.0-27.0 ℃ and 65.0%-70.0% respectively in hospital. The results give a useful engineering reference for the healthy and comfortable parameters of hospital air-conditioning design and operation.
