摘 要:多层喷射沉积是一种新型的喷射沉积工艺.对制备大厚壁管有着其优越性,但存在着开头难以保证的缺点.作者分析了开头难以保证所形成的原因.介绍了QA2-212系列可编程控制器在解决多层喷射沉积管坯形状问题中的应用,可更加有效地控制管坯的形状.
Abstract: Multi-layer spray deposition is a novel spray deposition technology, which has its advantages in building up large and thich pipe, but has shortcoming to control the shape. This paper described the theory, process and characterization of multi-layer spray deposition, analysed the cause of the defect, and delineated the motion mode of the pipe buildup, and the application of PLC in multi-layer spray deposition to intelligently control of the pipe shape.
