新型铝管拉伸润滑剂研制

摘    要：研究了铝管拉伸摩擦润滑状态、铝管拉伸工艺润滑的特点及其对润滑剂的要求、配方和实验过程.作者研制的新型拉伸润滑剂解决了优良的润滑性能与拉伸铝管表面无光泽和污染的矛盾，在满足大变形拉伸过程工艺润滑的同时，可使所拉铝管获得光亮的退火表面.

Abstract: This paper has researched into the state of friction and lubrication during the drawing process of Aluminium tube, discussed the characteristics of Aluminium tube drawing and the requirement on lubricants, and presented the research and experiment of the lubricant. The new lubricant solves the contradictions between no lustre, pollution on the surface of drawing aluminium tube and the good lubricity of lubricant. In addition to satisfying the large deformation, the lubricant may make the surface of Aluminium tubes very smooth after annealing.
