基于热泵的纯电动轿车热管理集成开发

摘    要:针对现有纯电动轿车空调制冷、制热与电池及电机的热管理相对分开,没有有效地统一集成管理的问题,利用热泵技术,提出一种综合考虑电池、电机的整车热管理系统,即制冷时兼顾电池冷却,制热时回收利用电机废热的整车综合热管理系统。并结合某款纯电动轿车,在实验基础上对其整车热管理进行建模及仿真分析。研究结果表明:整车综合热管理系统可为车内、电机及电池提供良好的热环境,特别是对于冬季制热模式,与PTC(positive temperature coefficient)热电阻相比,纯电动轿车采用热泵系统时,其制热运行时的整车电能消耗可降低16.4%,续驶里程可提高18.3%。

Abstract: For most current electric vehicles (EV), the thermal management of refrigeration, heating, battery and motor are separated and not effectively integrated. An integrated thermal management system which considers the whole EV as one was proposed based on heat pump technology. It cools battery in refrigeration mode and uses the waste heat of motor in vehicle heating mode. One real electric car was chosen as prototype. A simulation model of the prototype thermal system was set up and its performance was analyzed based on experiment data. The results show that the integrated vehicle thermal management system can provide a good thermal environment for the cabin, motor and battery. Specially for heating mode in winter, when equipped with heat pump, the power consumption of EV reduces by 16.4%, and the driving range increases by 18.3% compared to the positive temperature coefficient(PTC) heater.
