Abstract: This article has studied the reason why foreigri investors gain profit from China′s share of the assessment of non-visible property (NVP) in cooperative enterprises. It has also analysed the relationship between the assessment of NVP and market structure. NVP has been divided into "incorporeal property demanding investment- (IPDI) and -incorporeal property not demanding investment' (IPNDI). It has studied that IPNDI brought about superprofit to monopotized enterprises as well as moving process and form under the condition of a monopolized market. Further research work has been done on this problem.
