水溶液电解法提取钢中超细非金属夹杂物研究

摘    要:小样电解法可以无损伤地提取钢中细小以及不稳定的非金属夹杂物,相比大样电解,小样电解所需时间短、操作简单。通过分析水溶液小样电解法提取超细夹杂物的影响因素,研究了电解液成分以及电解时间对电解效率的影响,利用水溶液电解法提取出了包括氧化物、硫化物等类型的超细夹杂物。为深入研究细小夹杂物的三维形貌、粒度分布及其化学成分等提供基础依据。

Abstract: Small sample electrolysis could extract ultra fine and unstable inclusions from steel without damage. Compared with the big sample electrolysis, it cost a shorter time and is easy to operate. The extraction of ultra fine inclusions by the aqueous solution electrolysis was described. The effect of electrolyte components and electrolysis time on current density was studied. The ultra fine oxide and sulfide were extracted. The results offered a good opportunity for the understanding of three-dimensional morphology, size distribution and composition of ultra fine inclusions.
