摘 要:采用包钢宽厚板先进的炼钢连铸、双机架轧制和热处理生产工艺路线,生产了两种不同化学成分的Q370R锅炉和压力容器用钢板。试验结果表明:包钢生产的压力容器钢Q370R组织均匀、性能优良,抗层状撕裂能力达到Z35钢要求。试验中也研究了Ni元素对Q370R锅炉和压力容器用钢板力学性能的影响。
Abstract: Two kinds of Q370R steel plates with different chemical compositions applied in boiler and pressure vessel were produced by using advanced facilities of steelmaking,continuous casting,double mill rolling and heat treatment process in the Heavy Plate Plant of Baotou Iron & Steel Group.The products showed excellent properties with uniform microstructure,which laminar tearing strength reached the Z35 steel standard.The effect of Ni element on the mechanical properties of Q370R steel was studied also during the test.
