枸杞的高效液相色谱指纹图谱

摘    要:采用高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器联用仪(HPLC-DAD)对中药枸杞的甜菜碱、类胡萝卜素提取液进行了指纹图谱研究。研究结果表明:用于枸杞质量控制的液相色谱指纹图谱对提取方法具有很强的依赖性,用枸杞甜菜碱提取液的液相色谱指纹图谱对品种进行识别效果较好,而采用类胡萝卜素提取液的液相色谱指纹图谱有利于枸杞真伪的识别和共有模式的建立;此外,还提供了甜菜碱和类胡萝卜素的紫外光谱,这为定性分析以及不同样本 中峰的识别提供了一定的依据。

Abstract: The fingerprint of betaine and carotenoids extract of Fructus Lycii was studied using high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detector(HPLC-DAD). The results show that HPLC fingerprint for quality controlling of Fructus Lycii intensively depends on extraction method. For identifying different species of Fructus Lycii, the HPLC fingerprint of betaine extract is better than that of carotenoids extract, while the HPLC fingerprint of carotenoids extract contributes to telling true one from false one, and setting up common pattern of fingerprint of Fructus Lycii. Different ways should be chosen to deal with concrete problem in quality control of Traditional Chinese medicines. And the Ultraviolet spectra of betaine and carotenoids extract of Fructus Lycii were given, which provided basis for identifying peaks in different samples and qualitative analysis.
