杂质对锑白白度的影响

摘 要:研究了硫化锑矿中的常见杂质Pb、As、Fe、Cu、Zn、Bi、Sn和Se对氯化-水解法生产的锑白白度的影响。实验结果表明,杂质的影响分为三种类型,即:使白度降低的负效应杂质,如Sn(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅰ)、Fe、Bi;使白度升高的正效应杂质,如Cu(Ⅱ)(1~3g/L)、Zn(≤1g/L);无明显影响的杂质,如As、Pb和Se。文中对杂质影响白度的机理作了探讨。
Abstract: The effect of common impurities, such as lead, arsenic, iron, copper, zinc, bismuth, tin andselenium, contained in stibnite on the whiteness of antimony trioxide which was produced by chlorina-tion-hydrolysis process was investigated. The experimental results show that the effect of impurities isdivided into three types: negative effect impurities decreasing the whiteness, such as tin (Ⅱ), copper(Ⅰ), iron and bismuth; positive effect impurities increasing the whiteness. such as copper (Ⅱ)(1~3g/L) and zinc (≤1g/L); impurities without obvious effect, such as arsenic, lead and selenium.The mechanism which affects the whiteness was proposed.
