贫瘦煤与不同炼焦煤配伍性研究

摘 要:对细粉碎后贫瘦煤,与气肥煤、肥煤、1/3焦煤及焦煤按质量比1∶1进行配伍共结焦试验。研究结果表明:在保证焦炭质量的前提下,要提高贫瘦煤的配入量,必须有充足的肥煤和气肥煤配入量,适度限制1/3焦煤和焦煤的配入量;1/3焦煤在结焦过程中的膨胀性和流动性远远低于气肥煤和肥煤,因此其与贫瘦煤共结焦结果不同于常规的结焦机制。
Abstract: The lean coal,which was crushed,was coked compatibility with gas-fat coal,fat coal,1/3 coke coal and coking coal by mass ratio of 1∶1.The results show,under the certain coke quality,if the mixture ratio of lean coal wants to be improved,the blending coal must have enough fat coal and gas-fat coal,and moderate to restrict the amount of 1/3 coking coal and coking coal.In the coking process,the expansion and fluidity of 1/3 coking coal is far less than the gas-fat coal and fat coal,so when it is coked with the lean coal,the results are different from the conventional coking mechanism.
