摘    要:由于回转窑轮带的受力状态以及轮带与托轮间的接触应力分布是影响其安全运转的重要因素,为此,作者针对轮带接触的结构特点和运行特性,建立了轮带受力的力学模型,获得了筒体对轮带压力的计算公式;此外,运用力学与有限元理论对轮带接触应力分布进行了仿真研究,运用ANSYS软件计算了轮带的接触峰值应力.计算结果表明:在轮带顶部、中部和支撑位置处,应力均出现峰值,且轮带工作时最危险的部位是托轮与轮带的接触处,这为回转窑的安全运转及调整提供了理论依据.

Abstract: Because mechanical state and contact stress distribution of rotary kiln tyre are the important factors that influence safe running of rotary kiln, the authors proposed the mechanical model of tyre and induced pressure expression that the roll imposes on the tyre according to the structure and running characteristic of tyre, studied the contact stress distribution of the tyre using kinetic and finite element theory, calculated the maximal contact stress of tyre using ANSYS soft- ware. The results indicate that the stress reaches the peak on the top,middle and contact part of tyre, and that the dangerous part is the contact one when the tyre works. The results provide academic instruction for safe running and adjustment of the rotary kiln.
