钌对铂合金接点材料抗熔焊性能的影响

摘    要:利用ASTM触头材料模拟试验机、高温质量损失、摄谱仪、SEM和WDS等研究了钌对铂合金接点材料的抗熔焊性能的影响。由于Ru易氧化生成比IrO2 更稳定的RuO2 ,RuO2 的分解比IrO2 需要更多的分解热 ,因此 ,接点的温度升高受到限制。RuO2 增加了金属熔化液的粘度 ,减少了因电弧引起的接点腐蚀。此外 ,选择性的金属转移有利于提高Pt-10Ru-2Ir合金接点的抗熔焊性能。

Abstract: By means of simulated test machine of ASTM contact materials, mass loss at high temperature, spectrogragh, SEM and WDS, the effect of ruthenium on resistance to weld of platinum alloys contact materials was studied. The experimental results show that ruthenium increases the resistance to weld of platinum contact materials. Ruthenium is easily oxidized and produces RuO2 which is stabler than IrO2, the dissolution of RuO2 need more heat than IrO2, therefore, the temperature of contact was limited. Besides, RuO2 increases the viscosity of metal melt,the erosion of contact caused by arc is reduced. In addition, the selection transfer of metals is beneficial to enhancing resistance to weld of Pt-10Ru-2Ir alloy contact.
