摘 要:万能成品轧机轧制腿内侧为双斜度的重轨时,在两直线交接处出现氧化铁皮粘结现象,严重影响产品质量和产量。按传统思路从工艺进行了多次优化仍无法消除或减轻。后采取MARC软件对UF孔型中的金属流动规律进行仿真分析,找到了工艺优化无法解决粘结的原因。借鉴润滑轧制的原理,从轧辊材质的优化试验中使氧化铁皮的粘结得到了大幅度减轻。一套新材质轧辊比原轧辊在相同使用周期内提高产量达176.5t。
Abstract: During rolling the heavy rails with dual slope at inner foot through the finishing mill(UF),sticking of scale at interconnection point of two straight line occurs,which severely restricts the productivity of the line and the quality of product.After many times of process optimization following the conventional principle,this problem still can not be removed or even reduced.The MARC software was applied for simulation analysis of metal flowing rules through the UF passes,and it was found out the reason that sitcking can not be solved by process optimization.By means of principle of lubrication rolling,continuous trial of optimization of roll material considerably removes the sticking of scale onto UF.A set of new roll can increase the rolling productivity by 176.5 t within the same service cycle.
