摘    要:人造金刚石钻进在我国正大力发展。用泥浆解决复杂地层护孔问题是当务之急。本文详细分析了小口径金刚石钻进的特点。例如,由于环状间隙小和上返速度高所引起孔壁稳定性、漏失、回转阻力增加…等一系列问题。其次,讨论了既能护壁又同时起防漏和开高转速的泥浆性能要求。最后,作者提出了金刚石钻进用泥浆类型的建议,作为参考。

Abstract: Drilling with synthetic diamond is being vigorously developed in ourcountry now The wall protection of drill holes with drillng mud in complexstrata has become a pressing matter at the moment.In this paper,thecharacter of the Little diameter Diamond Drilling is analysed in detail.Forexample,less annular space and greater annular return velocity of drillingmud have brought about a lot of problems on wall stability,loss of mudcirculation and increase in resistance to rotation of drill string...etc.The demand of mud propertics,both possessing wall protection andpreventing circulation from loss and having high rctation speed of drillstring is also discussed in the paper.At the end of this paper,a proposal of the type on diamond drilling isput forward by the author for reference only.
