摘    要:本文采用线性电位扫描方法测定氯化物水溶液电积锌的极化曲线,探讨了电极过程的动力学规律。氯化物水溶液电积锌时,阴极发生析锌反应的同时也发生析氢反应。阴极析锌反应过程的动力学规律表现为扩散传质步骤所控制,阴极析氢反应和阳极析氯反应过程表现为电化学反应步骤控制的不可逆电极过程动力学规律。采用Ti/Sn-Sb-Ru-Ti/MnO2和Ti/Sn-Sb/RuO2+TiO2两种DSA,电极催化活性好、阳极节能效果显著。

Abstract: The kinetics of electrode processes of zinc electrowinning from aqueous chloride solutions has been studied by the potential sweep methed.The cathodic reduction of zinc ion occurs with the hydrogen evolution in chloride solutions.The cathodic reduction of zinc ion is a reversible electrode Process in which the diffusion is a rate-determining step.The cathodic evolution of hydrogen and the anodic evolution of chlorine are irreversible electrode processes in which the electrochemical reaction is a rate-determining step.When Ti/Sn-Sb/RuO2+TiO2 nd Ti/Sn-Sb-Ru-Ti/MnO2 have been used for DSA,the anodic potential of chlorine evolution reduces prominently.
