摘    要：尾矿库是人造的高危泥石流危险源，失事后对下游的生命和财产造成严重伤亡和损毁生产经营单位必须采取措施确保尾矿库安全运行，保障下游生态环境和居民生命财产的安全本文列举了国内外主要尾矿库事故，总结应吸取的经验教训，并提出了一些对策措施.

Abstract:

Being a high risk source for mud-rock flow, the collapse of tailings reservoir will cause serious casualties and damage to downstream life and property. The enterprise must adopt scientific and reasonable measures to guarantee its safe operation. This paper lists some major accidents of tailings reservoir. Some countermeasures are put forward by tracing the reasons for these disasters.
