超声辐射选择性还原β-紫罗兰酮工艺

摘    要:采用质量分数为10%的Pd/C作催化剂,甲酸铵为氢给予体,乙醇作溶剂,研究超声波辐射下选择性还原β-紫罗兰酮的反应,考察辐射功率、反应时间、反应温度、Pd/C及甲酸铵用量对反应的影响并优化反应工艺。产物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振谱、质谱及元素分析等表征。研究结果表明:在超声波辐射下,Pd/C催化甲酸铵还原β-紫罗兰酮主要生成二氢-β-紫罗兰酮和二氢-β-紫罗兰醇;在β-紫罗兰酮与10% Pd/C的质量比为100:5,β-紫罗兰酮与甲酸铵物质的量比为1:3,乙醇50 mL,超声功率150 W,于常压、温度为50 ℃时反应8 min,β-紫罗兰酮的转化率为100%,二氢-β-紫罗兰酮的收率为94.8%。Pd/C易分离回收,可重复使用6次以上。

Abstract: The procedure of selective reduction of β-ionone by ammoniumformate as hydrogen donor and mass fraction 10% of Pd/C as catalyst was studied using anhydrous ethylol as solvent during the ultrasonic irridiation. The effect of ultrasonic power, reaction temperature, reaction time, the quantity of 10% Pd/C and ammoniumformate were investigated, and the reaction conditions were optimized, and the products were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, MS and elemental analysis. The results show that conversion of β-ionone 100% and dihydro-β-ionone is the major product in yield of 94.8% along with dihydro-β-ionol under the conditions as follows: m(β-ionone) :m(10%Pd/C) is 100:5, n(β-ionone) : n(HCOONH4) is 1:3, ultrasonic power 150 W and anhydrous ethylol 50 mL at 50 ℃ for 8 min at ambient pressure. The Pd/C catalyst is easy for recovery and can be reused again over 6 times.
