Preparation of nanoparticle Ni -ZrO2 composite electroplating bath

摘 要:<正>Nano-ZrO2 was used to prepare composite electroplating bath by adding different kinds of dispersants such as PEG and MZS. The composite electroplating bath was studied by means of sedimentation experiments and particle-size analysis. The results showed that dispersants with simple structure and small molecular weight could not play steric role, however, the highly dispersed and stabilized nanoparticle Ni-ZrO2 composite electroplating bath was obtained at pH value equaling to 3 by adding MZS which is a kind of macromolecule dispersant with plentiful branched chains.
