热变形对2618合金显微组织的影响

摘 要:采用热模拟变形和光学显微镜研究了热压缩变形对2618合金中Al9FeNi相形态和尺寸的影响.在Gleebe-1500热模拟机上,对2618合金在温度为400~470℃,应变速率为0.01~1 s-1,变形程度为20%~60%的条件下,进行高温压缩变形热模拟实验.结果表明,在不同条件下的高温变形均可使针状共晶Al9FeNi相碎化,而对初晶Al9FeNi相,只有在较大变形量下才能碎化;在热变形温度为400℃,应变速率为1 s-1,变形量为60%的热模拟实验条件下,不仅共晶Al9FeNi相得到明显破碎,而且初晶Al9FeNi相也得到一定程度的破碎.
Abstract: The effect of hot compressive deformation on the morphology and size of Al9FeNi phase in 2618 alloy was investigated by hot physical simulation deformation and optical microscopy. The compressive deformation was performed on the Gleebe-1500 hot simulatorwith the deformation temperature being 400℃to 470℃, strain rate 0.01 s-1to 1 s-1 and deformation degree 20% to 60%.The results show that eutectic Al9FeNi phase can be fractured under different deforming conditions, but the primary Al9FeNi phase is only partly deformed greatly. Under the condition of 400℃, 1 s-1and 60%, not only the eutectic Al9FeNi phase can be fractured apparently but also the primary Al9FeNi phase can be fractured to some extent. The analysis of the production sample shows that primary Al9FeNi phase has been crashed under the condition of large deformation in several working procedures.
