摘    要:将环氧丙烷与磷酸反应,首次合成磷酸三(2-羟基)丙基酯,再将其与三氧化二锑反应,得出一种新型锑-磷复合阻燃剂——磷酸三(2-羟基)丙基酯锑;研究了反应体系酸度、反应温度及反应时间等因素对反应产率的影响;制得的产品经化学分析、红外光谱等测试,证明了化合物的结构为CH3CH(OH)CH2OP(O)[OCH2CHO(CH3)]2SbOH。将其添加于氯丁橡胶及环氧树脂中,当该阻燃剂用量达到12.5%时,阻燃制品氧指数分别可达到38,39;实验结果表明,将反应体系pH控制在5.5左右、反应温度100℃、反应5h时,可制得阻燃抑烟性能优良的产品,产率达到89%。

Abstract: With epoxypropane and phosphonic acid, tri(2-hydroxy) propylphosphorate is made for the first time, and it is made into a new complex retardant——antimony tri(2-hydroxy) propylphosphorate. The acidity of the reacting condition, the temperature and the time have been investigated. Some physical and chemical data of the retardant are reported, which prove that the structure is CH3CH(OH)CH2OP(O)[OCH2CHO(CH3)]2SbOH. It is put into neoprene and epoxy resin, when the retardant content amounts to 12.5%, the LOI of the samples are 38, 39. The results show that when the acidity of the reacting condition is 5.5, the temperature is 100℃ and the time is 5.0 h, the excellent retardant can be made.
