黑钨细泥高梯度磁选的研究

摘 要:本文研究了细粒黑钨矿的高梯度磁捕集特性及其与石英的分离特性,并在此基础上对(?)岗仙钨矿黑钨细泥进行了高梯度磁选的研究。对原生钨细泥,当入选品位为0.43%(WO3)时,获得了品位为21—24%(WO3)的精矿,收率达73—77%;对于高锡钨细泥,当入选品位为35%(WO3)含Sn4%时,获得了品位为64%(WO3),收率为90%,含Sn仅0.32%的精矿。
Abstract: In this paper, the investigation on high gradient magnetic capturecharacteristics of pure wolframite and wolframite quartz mixture has beencarried out. And the entrapment of nonmagnetic material is preliminarilydiscussed also. In addition, the beneficiation of actual wolframite slime fromYaogangxian Tungsten Mine has successfully been performed by HGMS.The good testing results were obtained. They were that a tungsten concen-trate containing 21--24% WO3 with the recovery of 73--77% could be obta-ined from primary wolframite slime assaying 0.43% WO3 and that a tungstenconcentrate containing 64% WO3 and 0.32% Sn with the recovery of 90%could be yielded from wolframite slime of high cassiterite type assaying 35% WO3 and 4% Sn.
