摘    要：考虑润滑剂的热力学参数及表面实际接触情况,理论推导了塑性加工过程摩擦因数的计算公式,该公式能对Stricbeck曲线进行定量描述,并实验分析了速度、粘度、载荷、油膜强度等因素对塑性加工过程摩擦因数的影响规律.

Abstract: According to the actual surface contact conditions and thermodynamic parameter of lubricant,computing formulas of frictional factor in metal working process are concluded.These formulas can describe Stricbeck curve in quantity.With experiments,rules of velocity,viscosity,load,strength of oil film etc . that influence the factor are analyzed.
