通用小口颈陶瓷容器泥坯一次成形技术

摘    要：陶瓷容器在化工、食品工业及日常生活中广泛应用,传统技术难以生产小口颈陶瓷容器。本文提出一种模芯能“膨胀”变形的小口颈陶瓷容器泥坯一次成形技术,工艺实践表明,该技术通用性好、投资少、产品质量优良。

Abstract: Ceramic containers are widely used in chemical industry,food industry and everydaylife,But it is difficult for traditional technology to produce small-neck ceramic containers,This paper proposes a universal once-forming technology for small-neck ceramic containers,with which the core of the mould can be deformed by expension. Technological practiceshows that this technology can be used commonly to get good quality products and it only needs little investment.
