摘    要:电弧炉炼钢粉尘中含有多种重金属,采用通常的方法填埋对环境造成污染,因此被列为有害废物.将粉尘与粘土混合后经高温固化处理,可将重金属元素包裹,以免在堆放时重金属被雨水或地下水浸出而污染水源.采用粘土作为固化添加剂较为经济,经实验研究电弧炉粉尘与粘土质量混料比选择1∶1,固化加热温度可降低至1 200℃,固化处理后的粉尘达环保标准,填埋弃置不会对环境造成污染.并采用TGA,DTA和FTIR对固化产物进行热分析,可为固化产物的进一步开发利用提供热分析依据.

Abstract: There are a lot of heavy metals in the electric arc furnace (EAF) dust from steelmaking process. It will impact the environment in thegeneral landfillsothat it hasbeen listed asahazardousmaterial. The heavy metalsin the dust can be stabilized by vitrification with clay in case of being leached out by rain and underwater when landfilled. It is economical to use clay asthe additive. The massratioof EAF dust to clay wasselected as1∶1 so that the temperatureof vitrification is decreased to 1 200℃. It is confirmed that immobilized dust has arrived at the environmental protection standard for the landfill and deposition. The thermo-characteristic of vitrification product was checked with TGA, DTA and FTIR, which can supply data for the reuse of vitrification product.
