模袋砂围堰横向力学特性试验与各向异性数值模拟

摘    要:探讨模袋砂围堰横向变形机理;针对模袋砂围堰,通过自制试验装置,开展水平荷载试验,研究围堰横向力学特性及其主要影响因素;结合竖向抗压试验结果,分析模袋砂围堰各向异性特征;以典型工程为依托,借助有限元软件,建立考虑模袋砂围堰界面特性和各向异性特征的精细数值模型并作计算。研究结果表明:模袋砂围堰在侧向水压作用下模袋砂间不会发生相对位移,水平变形主要由模袋砂自身变形引起。当侧向荷载较小时,模袋砂围堰横向挤密;随着压力的增大,变形由加载一侧向另一侧传递,之后应力-应变关系近似线性分布。模袋砂围堰横向力学特性受充填度和围堰堆高影响显著,表现为堆高越大、充填度越小围堰横向抵抗变形的能力愈强,同时受模袋砂尺寸影响很小。实际模袋砂围堰横向变形模量远小于其竖向变形模量,且竖向模量随模袋砂围堰堆度的增大而减小。模袋砂围堰各向异性特征对其受力变形特性影响明显,设计施工应给予充分考虑。

Abstract: The mechanism of transverse deformation of geotextile bag with sand cofferdam was discussed. Transverse load test of geotextile bag with sand cofferdam was conducted by self-made test equipment to explore transverse mechanical properties and its influencing factors, and on this basis, anisotropic characteristics was analyzed based on results of vertical load test. And then numerical model considering interface characteristics and anisotropic characteristics was established with finite element software based on typical project. The results show that there is no relative displacement between geotextile bags with sand and the transverse deformation of cofferdam is mainly caused by deformation of geotextile bags with sand. The cofferdam laterally pushes when load is small and the deformation passes to the other side from loading side with the pressure increasing and the relationship of stress-strain is approximately linear. The influence of compactness and overburden pressure on transverse mechanical properties of geotextile bag with sand is significant, which shows that anti-deformation ability increasing with pressure increasing and compactness decreasing. The size of geotextile bag with sand has a little effect on transverse mechanical properties. Transverse deformation modulus is obviously smaller than vertical deformation modulus and decreases with the increase of cofferdam height. The influence of anisotropic characteristics on mechanical-deformation characteristics of geotextile bag with sand cofferdam is obvious, and so it should be fully considered during the design and construction.
