变流装置液冷板性能的数值模拟与试验研究

摘    要:采用数值模拟的方法对9 600 kW大功率交流机车变流装置上国产化多IGBT模块液冷板进行建模仿真得到内部的流速、压力分布和温度分布等性能参数,并用模拟发热块代替IGBT功率元件的方式对液冷板的性能进行试验验证。研究结果表明:该国产化水冷板流量在30 L/min纯水的条件下,热阻为9.6×10-3 K/W,压降为47 kPa,很好地满足了设计要求。仿真研究得出的热阻和流阻性能结果与实验研究得出的热阻和流阻性能结果相对误差均小于5%,说明数值模拟方法在液冷板设计的准确性及可行性。

Abstract: 3D model of water-cooled radiator through fluent software was established and research on flow filed distribution and temperature distribution was conducted by using the method of numerical simulation. The experimental study was also done through the method of adopting simulation heat block to replace power component IGBT. The results show that the thermal resistance and flow resistance of the water-cooled radiator are 9.6×10-3 K/W and 47 kPa separately under the condition of 30 L/min pure water, which meets the design requirement very well. The relative error of simulation and test result is within 5%, indicting that numerical simulation method is reliable and accurate.
