连续处理线立式活套电动机的转矩补偿

摘 要:立式活套是连续处理线中的关键设备,在活套充放套以及钢带的上卷和分卷过程中,活套的入口段和出口段电动机出现频繁的变速运行,为实现全线带钢张力的稳定,需要对活套电动机转矩进行补偿,以免造成全线带钢张力波动,以致影响生产。通过对活套系统受力的分析,给出考虑了相关补偿后的活套传动系统转矩控制模型,并对模型各个环节进行了分析,总结了全线带钢张力波动时需要考虑的各个因素。研究的结果在多条彩涂和镀锌处理线中得到了实际应用,并取得了良好的运行效果。
Abstract: Vertical accumulator is a key equipment in continuous strip processing line.During coil loading or strip dividing operation,the accumulator will be in strip charging or discharging condition,and equipment in entry or exit section of the line will run with speed changing frequently.In order to avoid fluctuation of strip tension which will affect line operation seriously,it is necessary to have torque compensation control for motor driving system of vertical accumulator to keep strip tension stable.Through mechanical analysis of accumulator system and considering relative torque compensation,a new torque control model of motor driving system was presented.Details of the model were studied and various causes of tension fluctuation in whole processing line are described.The analysis conclusion has been applied to practical production and good operation results were obtained.
