摘    要:研究了板材的多层喷射沉积制备工艺过程中出现的热应力及其对材料成形的影响规律.提出界面热应力、层间热应力和不均匀沉积热应力均为主要的热应力,进而对相关的板材成形实验现象作出了合理的解释.在综合考虑工艺参数、热应力和板材成形三者关系的基础上,优化工艺参数,制备出500mm×300mm×20mm的耐热铝合金FVS0812板材

Abstract: The deposition process for fabricating plate blanks is discussed in this paper. The thermal stress of the deposits plays a leading role in the forming of the deposits, and is classified into three types which are related to the forming in terms of experimental phenomena. According to the analysis,the motion parameters are optimized by computers and the other process parameters are also optimized.The flat plates of high temperature aluminum alloy FVS0812 with the dimensions of 500 mm×300 mm×20 mm are prepared.
