雾化喷射成形过程的计算机模拟

摘 要：为了探索喷射沉积工艺的优化参数,在分析了喷射沉积工艺过程的基础上,对定点喷射和多层喷射等问题进行了计算机图像模拟,并利用图像讨论了一些工艺规律.结果表明:定点喷射时喷嘴的结构参数β越大,雾化锥中的物质分布越不均匀;多层喷射时工艺参数ωx/ωy由有理数趋于无理数时,沉积坯物质分布由不均匀转为均匀.
Abstract: To study the optimizing parameters of spray deposition process, the courses of spraying in one place and in multi-lays were simulated by computer on the bases of analysis the spray deposition technics. Some of the technical rules were discussed with the simulated images. The results show that with the increasing of the structural parameter β, the spots distribution tends to be inhomegeneous, when the multi-layers spraying parameter ωx/ωy tends to be irrational, the deposition spots tends to be homegeneous.
