硬质合金可转位刀片周边仿形磨削方法的精度分析

摘 要:本文根据仿磨原理,分别讨论了砂轮磨损和用一个标准仿形凸轮仿磨不同大小的同形非标准刀片时所产生的磨削误差及形状畸变,并导出了计算磨削误差及畸变的参数方程.
Abstract: This paper focuses on effects of grinding wheel wearing capacity and variance in the ground insert size magnitude on accuracy of copying grinding for peripheral shapes of cemented carbide indexable insert.It is required that the grinding wheel should take additional feed opposite the ground insert centre when wearing capacity of grinding wheel or variance in the insert size exceed a certain limit,so that the actual locus of wheel centre is out of accord with the theoretical locus of wheel centre.This is one of main factors that result in grind error and distortion ofthe ground insert.Then parameter equations for calculation grind error and distortion of the ground insert have been derived according to copying grinding theory(1) . In addition,these equations can also be used for determining the thickness of glued diamond layer to grinding wheel. The practice shows that the results of theoretical calculation are accord with actual grinding.The analysis methods and the conclusions obtained in this paper can also besuited to all other copying grinding.We have developed the semi-automatical precise peripheral shape grinder model 2MMB7125 based on this copying theory.This new type of grinder have higher production efficiency and satisfactory grind accuracy.
