摘    要:对油酸/正丁醇/碳酸钠微乳体系进行萃取钴的研究,考察料液中酸的浓度、料液浓度、乳水比、搅拌时间和搅拌转速对钴的萃取率的影响,结果表明,随着料液中酸浓度的升高,萃取率升高,随着料液中钴浓度的升高,萃取率下降。最佳的操作条件为乳水比1∶2.5,搅拌时间2min,搅拌转速200r/min,在此条件下,其萃取效率>80%。进一步的展望表明,油酸/正丁醇/碳酸钠微乳体系有用于铜/钴、锌/钴、镍/钴分离的可能。

Abstract: The microemulsion system of oleic acid/butanol/sodium carbonate solution was employed to extract Co2+ in aqueous phase.The main effect of experimental parameters such as acid concentration in aqueous phase,Co2+ concentration in aqueous phase,volume ratio of microemulsion to aqueous,stirring time and stirring speed on the extraction yield of Co2+ were investigated.Research results showed that the extraction yield of Co2+ increased with acid concentration in feed,but decreased with Co2+ concentration in feed.The optimized experimental conditions were that volume ratio of microemulsion to external phase was 1∶2.5,stirring time was 2 min and stirring speed was 200rpm,and at this condition,the extraction yield of Co2+ could exceed 80 percent.The farther analysis indicated that it was possible that the microemulsion system of oleic acid/butanol/sodium carbonate solution was used to separate Cu/Co,Zn/Co and Ni/Co.
