CSP生产无取向电工钢的组织和性能

摘 要:研究了采用CSP流程生产的无取向电工钢的金相组织、第二相粒子分布、磁性能。结果表明,采用CSP流程生产的无取向电工钢热轧板成品均为均匀粗大的等轴晶;热轧板中第二相粒子平均尺寸在150 nm左右,且随(Si+Al)含量的增加,第二相粒子的类型发生明显的变化;CSP流程生产的无取向电工钢磁性能得到明显的提高。
Abstract: The microstructure,texture,precipitates and magnetic properties of three non-oriented electrical steels produced by CSP technology with different(Si+Al) contents(0.5%,1.0%,and 1.5%) were investigated.The results showed that the microstructure of hot-rolled strips and final product was of coarse homogeneous equiaxed grain structure,the average diameter of MnS and AlN precipitates in the hot rolled strip was about 150 nm,and the type of precipitates changed obviously as(Si+Al) increased.It was indicated that the magnetic properties of the non-oriented electrical steels were enhanced significantly by using of CSP technology.
