高强高韧B93铝合金的热变形行为

摘    要:采用圆柱试样在Gleeble21500热模拟机上进行恒温和恒速压缩变形实验,研究B93铝合金在高温塑性变形过程中流变应力的变化规律,确定合金的变形激活能Q和应力指数n,构建适于所有应力状态的流变应力本构方程。研究结果表明:应变速率和变形温度的变化强烈地影响B93铝合金流变应力,流变应力随变形温度升高而降低,随应变速率提高而增大;此合金适宜的热加工温度为450 ℃左右。

Abstract:

The change law of B93 aluminum alloys at various high temperature flow stresses was investigated by compression deformation test of cylindrical specimen at constant temperature and strain rate on Gleeble21500 hot simulator. The strain hardening index n and deformation activation energy Q also were calculated and the flow stress constitutive equation was obtained. The results show that the flow stress of B93 alloy is controlled by both strain rate and deformation temperature, and the flow stress decreases with the increase of temperature and increases with the increase of strain rate. The optimal temperature of hot working for this alloy is about 450 ℃.
