痕量锗的分析进展

摘 要:锗是一种贵重的稀散金属元素,广泛应用于当代高新科技行业。本文综述了近年来分析样品中痕量锗的试样前处理方法及仪器分析进展。介绍了电热板溶解、微波消解和密闭罐消解前处理样品对测定痕量锗的影响。总结了近年来痕量锗的仪器分析方法包括电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法、原子吸收光谱法、原子荧光光谱法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法、光度法、电化学法和离子色谱法等。指出了不同方法的特点及使用范围,并展望了痕量锗的前处理及其分析方法的发展方向。
Abstract: As a precious scattered metal element,germanium has been widely used in modern high technology industries.In this paper,the pretreatment method and the advances on instrumental analysis of trace germanium in samples in recent years were reviewed.The effect of pretreatment method on the determination of trace germanium was introduced including dissolution by electric hot plate,microwave digestion and digestion in closed tank.The instrumental analysis methods for determination of trace germanium in recent years were summarized,such as inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES),atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS),atomic fluorescence spectrometry (AFS),inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS),spectrophotometry,electrochemical method and ion chromatography and so on.The characteristics and application ranges of these methods were discussed.Moreover,the development direction of pretreatment and analysis method of trace germanium was prospected.
