摘 要:采用高温X射线衍射、差热及热重等测试方法,研究了某厂生产的钼酸铵在加热条件下的热分解过程。发现钼酸铵的热分解按以下反应步骤: NH46Mo7O24·4H2O→NH44Mo5O17→NH42Mo4O13; NH42Mo4O13和β-NH42Mo4O13→NH42Mo14O43→NH42Mo22O67→ MoO3分别在110℃,220℃和290℃三个温度下开始进行,通过扫描电镜观察了热分解过程前后钼酸铵形貌的变化。
Abstract: High temperature XRD and DTA/TGA were employed to study the thermal decomposition of a commercialammonium molybdate which is used as the starting material for the production of molybdenum. The whole pro-cess of decomposition proceeds at three temperatures of 110 ℃, 220 ℃ and 290 ℃ respectively and consists ofthe following reactions steps: NH46Mo7O24·4H2O→NH44Mo5O17→NH42Mo4O13 NH42Mo4O13 and β-NH42Mo4O13→NH42Mo14O43→NH42Mo22O67→MoO3 The powder morphology after decomposition was also examined with SEM.
