摘 要:采用低压热等静压技术处理的矿山凿岩硬质合金得 到无孔隙的组织结构,其抗弯强度值提高10%~15%,硬度HRA提高0.1~0.7,密度值也明显提高。现场高风压凿岩试验表明其使用寿命较未经处理的同类合金提高了1~2倍。
Abstract: The rock drilling cemented carbides treated by low-pressure hot isostatic pressing (HIP) technique have been gained porous-free structure, whose bending strength is raised ten to fifteen percent, hardness HRA is raised 0.1~0.7, the density is also raised obviousl y. In addition drilling experiment carried out under 1.4~1.6 MPa pressurized air proved that the average drilling advance arries 738.6 m per bit in pegmatic granite, which is one to two times higher than that of the original bit used under the same condition.
