对氨基-N,N-二乙基苯胺光度法测定电镀废水中铬(Ⅵ)和铬(Ⅲ)

摘    要:在pH值为1.0的HCl溶液中,采用CL-磷酸三丁酯(TBP)萃淋树脂分离富集Cr(Ⅵ)和Cr(Ⅲ),并用对氨基-N,N-二乙基苯胺分光光度法测定了三价铬和六价铬的含量。实验结果表明,该法在最大吸收波长554 nm处的表观摩尔吸收系数为3.4×104L·mol-1·cm-1,线性范围为0~1.6 mg/L,Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的检测限分别为0.01 mg/L和0.007 mg/L;Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)质量浓度测定值分别为0.32 mg/L和0.57 mg/L时,其相对标准偏差分别为4.4% (n= 6)和2.6% (n= 6); Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的标准加入回收率分别为90.0% ~ 102.0%和97.5%~105.0%。该法可用于测定电镀废水中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的含量。

Abstract: In HCl solution of pH=1.0, Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ) can be separated and concentrated with CL-tributyl-phosphate (TBP) levextrel resin. Usingp-amino-N,N-diethylaniline as coloring regent, a method for the determination of trace Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ) in electroplating wastewater with spectrophotometry was developed. The results show that the apparent molar absorptivity is 3.4×104L·mol-1·cm-1at 554 nm with the linear range of 0~1.6 mg/L. The detection limit for the determination of Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ) is 0.01 mg/L and 0.007 mg/L, respectively. The relative standard deviation is 4.4% and 2.6%, respectively, for the determination of 0.32 mg/L Cr(Ⅲ) and 0.57 mg/L Cr(Ⅵ).The standard added recoveries for Cr(Ⅲ)and Cr(Ⅵ)are 90.0%~102.0% and 97.5%~105.0%, respectively. The proposed method can be used to determine the content of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) in electroplating wastewater.
