计算因子图解法的原理及其应用

摘 要:计算因子图解法是避免一些尝试计算的简单有效的求解方法,是采用一个不包含待求结果的计算因子(F),并通过它与曲线表示的函数关系图解得中间参数(α或β),进一步求出结果。本文阐明了该法的原理,还结合实例,介绍了绘算图方法,以及用计算因子图解法的典型步骤。
Abstract: In the area of chemical metallurgy, there are some engineering problems which are described with curves, so that awaiting results bear special relations to conditions. These problems are always solved by try-error methods, which is very tedious. In the present work, a handy and effective method is proposed. The basic idea of this method is adopting a calculational factor (F) which doesn’t include an awaiting solution. With the relation presented by a curve between the factor (F) and the function, middle parameters α and β can be obtained, and then the results can be obtainedd. In this work, the principle of this calculational factor-graphic method is interpreted carefully. By using some examples, the way of making a calcula- tional graph and the typical steps of the calculational factor-graphic method are described.
