摘 要:本文运用地洼理论,分析了处于麻城—岳阳—贵定地震带上、江汉地洼内洞庭湖东侧的洪湖—湘阴地壳断层,该断层为—地貌反差明显、走向NE15°~40°、倾角小于45°、规模较大的走滑正断层.作者在研究该断层的地质背景及发展历史、地球物理及应力场、现代活动、地壳形变等方面的特征的基础上,讨论了洪湖—湘阴断层与地震的关系:1)该断层属本区NNE,NE向发震构造系统;2)断层两侧盆地的沉降幅度、速率、梯度与地震紧密相关;3)断层区内地壳形变表明存在水平剪切与垂直差异运动;4)历史地震的分布规律与现代地震的发震位置反映了该区地震活动的继承性.
Abstract: Based on Diwa theory, this paper analyses the characteristics of Hong Lake-Xiangying Fault in Macheng-Yueyang-Guiding earthquake subbelt such as geological background, history of development, geophysical conditions and stress field, present activities, crustal deformation, as well as the patterns of historical and present earthquakes related to fault activities.
