热处理工艺对Cu-Ag和Cu-Ag-Zr合金性能的影响

摘 要:采用中频熔炼-铁模铸造-热轧-冷轧-热处理工艺,制备了Cu-Ag和Cu-Ag-Zr 2种合金.应用正交实验的方法,研究了不同热处理工艺对合金的力学性能和导电性能的影响.研究结果表明:Cu-Ag合金经优化工艺处理后,其抗拉强度和屈服强度分别为276 MPa和123 MPa,延伸率和电导率分别为45.6%和91.1%;将微量Zr添加到Cu—Ag合金中,经优化工艺处理后,抗拉强度和屈服强度分别增加了33 MPa和71 MPa,延伸率和电导率分别为26.8%和85.3%.
Abstract: Cu-Ag and Cu-Ag-Zr alloys were prepared by median frequency smelting, iron mould casting, hot rolling and cold rolling. Using orthogonal experiment, the influence of different heat-treatment systems on the mechanical and electrical properties of the above alloys were studied. The results show that the Cu-Ag alloy’s parameters σb = 276 MPa, σ0.2 = 123 MPa, δ5=45. 6%,σr=91. 1% after best heat treatment; adding minor Zr to Cu-Ag alloy, σb, and σ0.2 in crease,σb = 33 MPa,σ0.2=71 MPa, the elongation and electrical performance can still remain δ5=26. 8%,σr=85. 3%.
