摘    要：针对压力调宽机在轧制连铸坯时出现的夹送辊输送打滑现象,运用有限元软件DEFORM建立某钢厂1880SSP压力调宽机定宽轧制模型。将模拟结果与理论计算对比,找出了打滑的主要原因是"狗骨"变形纵向高度差值过大。通过对砧型3个阶段的研究,提出新的砧型,使生成的"狗骨"变形满足夹送辊输送时的咬入条件,并进行了试验得到了验证。

Abstract: For the phenomenon of skid,which appeared when the slab size press pressed the continuous casting slab,a pressing mode1 for 1880 mm slab sizing press in some steel mill was established on basis of the DEFORM finite element software.Through comparing the stimulated result with the theoretical calculation,it is the key factor that the vertical high differential value of the "dog bone" is too high.A new kind of anvil is brought forward after researching the three stages of the anvil.The new "dog-bone" deformation satisfies with the rolled condition in which pinch roll is transporting.It is validated by the modeling experiment finite element.
