摘 要:本文采用单辊法制成了Al88.5Y6.5Ni5(at-%)合金非晶薄带,用DSC法及X-射线衍射法研究了该非晶合金的晶化过程,测定了晶化过程中各种反应的温度,计算了各阶段反应的激活能.研究表明,加热速率为20K/min时,该非晶合金的起始晶化温度及晶化峰值温度分别为453K及469K;起始晶化激活能及晶化峰值激活能分别为168kJ/mol及163kJ/mol.由于该非晶合金具有较高的晶化温度及晶化激活能,表明其具有较高的热稳定性.
Abstract: DSC and X-ray diffraction analyses were performed to study the crystallization of Al88.5Y6.5Ni5 amorphous alloy ribbons prepared using melt-spinning technique. Four stages of the transformation from amorphous to equilibrium state can be distinguished. The temperatures of all reactions duringheating have been determined, and the reaction activation energies have also been derived. It is shown that the initial crystallization temperature and the peak crystallization temperature at the heating rate of 20 k/min are respectively 453 k and 469 k, and the initial crystallization activation energy and peakcrystallization activation energy are respectively 168 kJ/mol and 163 kJ/mol. The comparative crystallization temperature and activation energy indicate the good stability of this amorphous alloy.
