铈对钒系Ti-Sn基SCR脱硝催化剂的改性研究

摘    要:采用共沉淀方法制备不同CeO2负载量的一系列V2O5-CeO2/TiO2-SnO2负载型催化剂,并在模拟氨气选择性催化还原NO(NH3-SCR)的反应条件下对催化剂的脱硝反应活性进行考察。通过X线衍射(XRD)、比表面积测定(BET)、程序升温还原(TPR)、高分辨率透射电子显微镜(HRTEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等表征技术对其微观结构、表面物种的存在状态和还原能力进行系统研究。实验结果表明:当CeO2含量为10%(Ce与Ti的摩尔比)时,催化剂催化脱硝反应活性最高,同时具有较宽的温度窗口(290~430 ℃)和热稳定性;该催化剂表现出较大的BET比表面积和平均孔体积,且CeO2在载体上较好的分散性和较低的结晶度,同时有较强的还原能力和较多的Lewis和Br?nsted酸位,这些都可能是V2O5-0.1CeO2/TiO2-SnO2具有较好SCR活性的原因。

Abstract: V2O5-CeO2/TiO2-SnO2 catalysts with different CeO2 contents were prepared by the impregnation method and the catalytic performance for the selective catalytic reduction of NO with NH3(NH3-SCR) in the simulated smog on the catalytic activity was investigated. Techniques of BET, XRD, HRTEM, H2-TPR and FT-IR were used to characterize micro-scale constructions, dispersion of surface species and the reducibility of the catalysts. The results show that the catalyst with 10% CeO2 content (i.e. the molar ratio of Ce to Ti) has the highest catalytic activity. It exhibits a wider temperature window (290 ℃ to 430 ℃) and manifests better thermal stability as well. CeO2 is in a well-dispersed state. V2O5-0.1CeO2/TiO2-SnO2 has a large specific surface area and pore volume. The binary oxide possesses a comparatively strong redox property and significant amounts of Lewis and Br?nsted acidities.
